"Empty envelope & no reply on phone"

A review of Royal Mail by Lynne written on Monday 1st of June 2015

I've just returned from work to find the postman had delivered, unfortunately 1 envelope had been opened & empty fortunately there was no particular importance but may have well could have been this is theft in my eyes no matter what was inside. I've tried 4 times to report it but an answer machine comes on after about a minute only to be cut sort of the sentence.
