"Unaswered phone calls"

A review of Royal Mail by ANNOYED CUSTOMER written on Friday 4th of December 2015

Why do the staff at the local office NEVER answer the phone. I g=have tried ringing and ringing but no one EVER answers. I only wanted to ask a quick question that the automated service did not give an adequate reply to.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE..
