"Total apathy at bss grimsby"

No one person contact in telephone or inhouse vists total apathy waited 4plus hours for return call regarding extra parts required costing extra; missing parts on last order resulting in two men wasting complete day not to mention 250mile round trip ps now 5 o,clock maybe they will call back tommrow or look for better pipe suppliers.
