"Help !!!, can some fix my appliance"

Customer service very poor

I have had four vists from different engineers and my appliance is worse than when they first come to it .

I have a fridge freezer the fridge was fine the freezer was bleeping on a defrost 4 visits later and 2 new parts installed and this has gone on since the beginning of March .

I am not happy and am very frustrated with this company's communication to the customer .

I have spent 5 half days waiting in for these visits and now have a fridge freezer that doesn't work.

I now have to ring them in the morning to tell them to sort it out .

I feel very let down ,I have gone to a reputable company that fixes AEG

Makes .please some body in this company fix my appliance.

As now you've broken my fridge 😟.
