A review of Royal Mail by Yours in disgust written on Wednesday 2nd of August 2017

Why give a contact telephone number when you cannot be bothered to answer it. Parcel arrived at your offices 0815hrs . Has not been delivered now 1645 hrs.Trying to find out where it is, to no avail. Not a good advert for Royal Mail..
