"Wasted my time and money"

My small parcel arrived at Grimsby I had paid to have it delivered urgently. Grimsby tracking out for deliver Great ! Nope for some unknown reason they redirected it to Sheffield ! .Tried telephoning Grimsby ,that`s a waste of time .still have not received my small ( put it through letter-box size) parcel .to Ulceby..
