"Lost tracking info - missing parcel"

Amazon sent a parcel from Germany. Parcel arrived into the Britain next day. Then Royal Mail sent the parcel to ever delivery office in South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire except the right one! Last tracking info was at Grimsby, then nothing. Called Grimsby office no answer. Called Royal Mail call centre and told the local delivery offices do not answer the phones. Assured that Grimsby will realise my parcel should not be at Grimsby. They will return it to Sheffield, who will send it to Brigg. Grimsby have had this parcel for over 24 hrs without realising it’s at the wrong office and Sheffield have alright sent it to two wrong delivery offices. Do they not read their own postcodes!.
