"Disappointed"

Very disappointed with service. New pair earrings bought for for my daughter for Christmas. Bent at back so wud not fasten. Dhe Took back two days later. Woman in shop decided to bend it bk. Still not very good for fastening. No replacement offered. Glad I was not in shop at time. Won't be using that shop again..
