I live in the Gainsborough area and the only way to get mail to relatives in Grimsby is by Recorded Delivery or to be signed for! Any attempt to send by normal postage will not get there, especially to the Willows Estate area. If the mail looks like birthday , Xmas cards etc. it may get there but not before the letter has been purposely cut open with a craft/stanley knife. This has been going on for the last two years.

Letters and formal complaints to head office will get you no where. So be very aware people when sending stuff to this collection depot..
