"Whole wild sea trout fantastic"

Having visited top town market, the young man on Freds Fisheries stall said he could get me a whole wild seatrout (in season til August). He kindly said he would give me a ring when he could get one at auction. On Friday, i got the call, picked it up, gutted( and could have been filleted if I had wanted)

It was first class, wonderfully tasty, and with fresh English asparagus, Jersey potatoes, (all bought in Lockdown conditions

on the market) and my husband's homemade Hollandaise sauce, fit for a King. Thankyou so much, Mary Houghton ex Granary Fish and Seafood Restaurant, Grimsby.
