"Fed up with royal mail , need shaking up"

Dont know if the post office need to reveiw the phone system but ringing is a joke you hang on the phone for a few minutes then it tells you that that it's not working then you end up with the automated phone and tests a joke 5 time I said my ref number in and 5 times it asks again as it says it's wrong, why cant you speak to s humanbeing to have the problem sorted instead of talking to a machine that keeps telling you you have given the wrong number when you know perfectly well you havent , I've been trying to get through for 5 days now it's a joke they need to get it sorted..
