"Disaster"

I had a bathroom fitted about 4 year ago and having to get it all replaced. It was a disaster from day 1. It took far longer than it should have and had problem after problem with the manager fobbing me off. The shower leaks all the time,id rather get a new bathroom than get them back in to repair..
