As a company you should be proud of your staff and their ability to show compassion, patience and humour, the same questions I had in a number of stores in Freshney were answered with little apparent interest over something that appeared to have little relevance to them. Your staff were both attentive and helpful and although they could have dismissed my concerns could not have been more helpful.

As someone who is still grieving the loss of my wife I am truly grateful.
