Stood in the rain 3 hours & just found out the next bus isnt coming 2 mins before its due.surley you can give us more of a clue when your not going to bother to turn up. This is an ongoing problem & should have been sorted by now. I cant stress how much stress this is causing ALL your customers.job losses & family feuds (& nearly spontaniouse combustion just now as another bus decided not to come, or next 3 busses)) all because you dont let us know in time that theres no bus coming..
