"Poorly led and trained."

Had numerous letters posted through Neighbours doors due to poorly trained and un Motivated Staff.! Got (2) house numbers on my outside including a face height one before they deposit mail, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. Perhaps the constant changing of personel is responsible, perhaps the Airpod Music is.?.
