"£40 taxi instead of £4 bus"

My husband and I went for the No.50 Grimsby to Saltfleet at 14.56. It did not appear at all and a Stagecoach driver from another bus chased it up to be told that it had arrived and gone. Absolute lie as about 8 of us had been at the bus stop since at least 20 mins before it was due to arrive. Not another bus for 2 hours so had to take a taxi which cost £40. An expensive trip out. Will attempt to claim back..
