"Customer collect = no customer service"

20+ people in the customer collect queue

only one staff member on duty

after a 20 minute wait another staff came to assist

took over 30 minutes to collect a parcel

no where to sit for elderly or disabled customer

No manager or supervisor available to speak to

Not the first time I have waited an unacceptable length of time here.
